Barbara Mitchell is an author and HR and organization development specialist who is widely known as an expert in the areas of recruitment and retention. Barbara spent much of her HR career in leadership positions with Marriott International.  For 10 years she was the owner of the The Millennium Group International which she successfully grew and recently sold.  Barbara is a frequent and sought out speaker on HR topics.  She is currently completing a new book titled: Finders Keepers—a Back to Basics Approach to Attracting and Retaining the Best.

Sharon Armstrong has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resource consultant, tainer, and career counselor. Since launching her own consulting business in 1998, she has consulted with many large corporations and small businesses. She has facilitated training, completed HR projects and provided career transition services for a wide variety of clients in the profit and non-profit sectors. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).   Sharon is the co-author of a humor book, published by Randon House:  Heeling the Canine Within: The Dog's Self-Help Companion and the co-author of Stress-Free Performance Appraisals--Turn Your Most Painful lManagement Duty into a Powerful Motivational Tool.
